We source fiber, conduit, hardware, and enclosures through established relationships with manufacturers and distributors, qualifying each vendor against our clients' specifications and any domestic content requirements, including Build America, Buy America provisions on publicly funded programs such as BEAD. Consolidated purchasing across our active projects strengthens our position on pricing and allocation, and ongoing vendor management holds suppliers accountable for delivery dates, quantities, and quality. Supply Chain & Logistics
Material that has been ordered is not the same as material that has arrived. Shipments slip, partial deliveries go unnoticed, and reels routed to the wrong yard can leave a crew waiting while the right material sits hundreds of miles away.
We coordinate the movement of material from manufacturer to warehouse to job site, tracking every order through production, shipment, and receipt. Deliveries are scheduled against the construction sequence rather than the purchase date, so material arrives as each segment is ready to build. When a supplier's timeline changes, we identify the impact early and adjust delivery plans or sourcing before the schedule absorbs it. Our clients maintain momentum through every phase of the build.
Warehousing & Inventory Management
Unmanaged inventory creates problems that are difficult to see until they become expensive. Material is lost, damaged, or ordered twice, reels are pulled for the wrong project, and a job closes out without anyone able to reconcile what was received against what was installed.
Our regional warehouses and lay-down yards receive, inspect, and store material close to the markets where our crews are working, including material our clients purchase and furnish directly. Every item is logged at receipt, assigned to its project, and tracked through issue to the field, giving our clients an accurate count of material on hand, in use, and remaining. That accountability carries through closeout, where installed quantities reconcile cleanly against what was received and billed.
Kitting & Staging
Crews are most productive when every component a job requires is already on the truck. When technicians spend the first hours of a shift gathering hardware, making supply runs, or waiting on a missing part, the cost shows up in both the schedule and the budget.
We assemble job-ready material kits organized by work order, route segment, or crew assignment, containing the cable, hardware, enclosures, and consumables each task requires. Kits are built and verified against the design before they leave the warehouse, then staged at the yard or delivered directly to the site ahead of each crew's start date.
